Lusara is the culmination of everything I’ve loved doing all along: creating intentional experiences, cultivating connection, and making people feel genuinely cared for.
Roots
An Italian table that always made room
Growing up in an Italian family, gatherings were never just gatherings. My aunts spent days cooking and baking, our tables stretched to make room for everyone, and somehow there was always room for one more. My mom brought that same spirit to every birthday, graduation and milestone — always going above and beyond to make people feel celebrated. I didn't know it then, but those moments shaped everything I would eventually build.
Beginnings
Social work, community and a leap into weddings
My career began in social work, where I found myself naturally drawn to creating community and meaningful experiences. I planned team culture events, brought people together, and eventually took a leap of faith into wedding planning as a side job. I loved it for three years, until life took me to Arizona with my husband.
Expansion
Brand building, hospitality and national events
From there, my career took me through marketing, brand building, community events, social media, VIP hospitality and large-scale events across the country. I've worked behind the scenes at everything from intimate weddings to the Pebble Beach Pro-Am, U.S. Open, The Masters, and BE+WELL events in New York, Las Vegas and Florida.
The Turn
Realizing I've always been a builder
Every chapter taught me something different, but the thread was always the same: I love bringing people together and building something from the ground up. After returning from maternity leave and finding myself at another career crossroads, I took a step back. I've always been a builder — a connector, a creator, someone who sees possibility where there isn't quite something yet. So I decided to build it.
